03 / Brand / Growth / Digital Platform
Predator Bowfishing
Built to grow with the business.
What started as a thank-you became a brand, a digital platform, a long-term partnership—and a friendship.

FEBRUARY 2023 / THE EXPERIENCE
The relationship started on the water.
Angela won a giveaway trip with Matt and Predator Bowfishing in February 2023. After experiencing the charter, Zach offered to build Matt a proper website as a thank-you. At the time, the business relied on a very basic Google web presence.
The insight came from being a customer: the actual experience was stronger than its digital presence communicated. People who had never stepped onto the boat needed a way to see what made the trip worth taking.

APRIL 2023 / THE FOUNDATION
A complete identity. A proper digital home.
By April 2023, Meraki had built the new website and completely overhauled Predator’s branding. The work was an identity system, with primary and stacked logos, a text treatment, a brand icon, typography, and a defined color palette.
Matt carried the identity into shirts, hats, boat graphics, and digital channels. The same business people met online became recognizable out on the water.
An identity made for the experience.

Matt can’t always answer the phone from the marsh. His website can.
A digital front door should keep helping customers when the owner is out doing the work.
THE STRATEGY
Build a journey, not just a better-looking page.
The website gave Predator a professional digital face and a way to generate contacts and facilitate bookings when Matt could not answer the phone.
The journey begins with desire—“Fish Like Never Before.”—and answers the practical questions that help someone decide to go. No experience required. Family friendly. Large groups welcome.

From interest to a next step.
- 01Create desire
- 02Answer questions
- 03Choose a boat / trip
- 04Understand pricing / deposit
- 05Move toward booking
The site helps guests choose an experience and understand what happens next.

THE CONTINUING RELATIONSHIP
A platform that could keep moving.
As the business grew, the relationship continued. More recently, Meraki moved the custom site away from WordPress.
The next phase is development of a proprietary booking system intended to reduce reliance on third-party booking software. That system is a future phase, not a completed result.
Purpose, made visible.
Meraki experienced the business first, then helped its identity and digital presence communicate the strength of that experience.
